Specific Functions:
-Support service and sales departments to achieve goals
-Manage annual objectives for hospitality areas including Coaching and Counseling.
-Responsible for the hiring and training in these areas.
-Accountable for adhering to benchmarks and measurements for reception and POS and also accountable for tracking performance of these benchmarks
-Oversee new customer service employee orientation
-Accountable for maintaining and improving visual standards for retail and reception areas
-Accountable for client experience standards for Customer Service dept. area
-Ability to resolve and document client negative feedback and report to Salon and Spa Managerment
-Responsible to coach front desk staff on regular basis, including “in the moment” coaching
-Ensure that hospitality staff exceeds company expectations with regards to appearance, image and professionalism
-Responsible for training of new staff on POS
-Responsible for cash handling at POS
-Ability to stay within customer service payroll budget as it relates to scheduling
-Ensure systems and protocols are consistent and maintained
-Organize a participatory process within the areas of responsibility, developing coordinators.
-Partner with salon and spa management to achieve goals for service departments
-Ability to Manage by example
